Get Involved with Missions

Harvest Ministry exists to support HolyWave’s vision of sending out individuals and families to the “harvest field” while also taking care of returning missionaries. Harvest accomplishes this by providing high-quality training, holistic care, financial aid, debriefing, and counseling in partnership with other mission organizations.

Harvest also seeks to increase mission awareness through various events, presentations, and classes that teach participants about current issues and needs of the mission field - to ultimately empower the congregation to actively take part in the Great Commission.

The Onishi family is HolyWave’s first commissioned missionary family who are currently planting a church in Hyogo Prefecture, home to the city of Kobe. As a church plant, the Onishi’s ministry primarily focuses on children and family. Our team will be assisting Missionaries Kuni and Sooyun in their various ministry activities.

Haiti

Ever since Missionary Etienne Kim and his family were commissioned to Haiti by Sa-Rang Community Church several decades ago, Missionary Kim has been blessed with several influential socio-economic relationships which has allowed his ministry to bring gospel impact into the Léogâne region. Our team will be hosted by Missionary Kim in witnessing how the powerfully the gospel impacts those facing the harsh conditions of poverty and corruption.

Thailand

Missionary Daniel Yu is our most recent missions partner, as we have so far only sent out a team once last year in 2019. However, the impact of Missionary Yu’s ministry has already proven to be divinely appointed and Spirit-led. Our team will be partnering with Missionary Yu and his family in bringing the gospel to local communities around Chiang Rai, Thailand.
